This is the terms and conditions for all websites within the shriasys.com domain.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using the Service or buying the product, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. If you utilize the Service or Product in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions, Shriasys may terminate your access, block your future access and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse indicate is proper. Shriasys may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement. You agree to review the Agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the Service shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement. These terms and conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of India.
Payment Terms
The payment should be made in advance along with the order through direct bank deposits, bank transfer, Cheque or Demand Draft. The materials are for sale in India only and payment must be in Rupee only. Shriasys reserves the right of declining to make deliveries including advance payments.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations on Liability
Shriasys passes through to its customers all manufacturers warrantees and guarantees that are provided for the products it sells. Shriasys makes no additional or independent warranties.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Shriasys disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Shriasys shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, consequential (including lost profits or opportunities) or punitive damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability of Shriasys for all damages shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product. Likewise, Shriasys will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of its catalog or website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. All merchandise materials is sold "AS IS". Please check manufacturer packing and materials for compatibility. Shriasys makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system downtime, lost data, etc.
All disputes are subject to Coimbatore jurisdiction only.

Applicable Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) / Central Sales Tax (CST) and Service Tax as applicable in India.
Shipping Info
Estimated time of delivery - 7 to 12 Days from the date of technically and commercially clear order and acceptance.
Shipping charges will be extra otherwise mentioned clearly.
Dispatch of goods will be through reputed couriers. Most of the items are shipped within 24-48 hours after the payment is cleared.
Delivery of goods will be made only on weekdays and working days. No delivery during weekends, holidays and after office hours.
Shipping information will be provided on request only. Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable.
Damaged Goods
All sales of goods are made F.O.B. Coimbatore, India. We do not hold ourselves responsible for any loss or damage sustained in transit, and claims should be made promptly against carrier. If we are notified of such claims, we will gladly lend our assistance to secure adjustment. We employ experienced packers and cannot be held responsible for breakage that occurs after we have obtained a good order receipt from transportation companies. Kindly note courier companies are not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods. If problem occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Optional insurance cover for goods being shipped can be arranged on request while ordering for select products.
Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors
Although we do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Product photographs are for illustration only, products may differ from those shown. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected.
